• Use a strong password when registering. Never share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If your personal details change (e.g. phone number or email), please update your account information promptly.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• bccasino recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
• The deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made (to prevent money laundering).
• For large withdrawals (above ৳50,000), additional verification may be required.
• bccasino does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own transaction charges.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets artificially to exploit the bonus system (bonus hunting or bonus hyping).
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to steal or hack other members' login credentials.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the platform's system or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members.
